Depending on the needs of the client,

EKELUND

operates either a programmed or an ‘on-call’ servicing schedule.

EKELUND

personnel normally intervene within 24 hours to solve any problem. On request, a tele-assistance service can be set up; this provides a remote identification of problems and, where possible, computerised intervention.

EKELUND

also has an Industrial Servicing Division for assistance on plants and machinery.

Overhaul, Modification, and Transfer


EKELUND

has many years of knowledge and experience with furnaces by other Italian and foreign manufacturers. The company provides services of overhaul, modification, adjustment, renovation, and normalisation of existing plants.

EKELUND

also disassembles, transfers and reassembles furnaces in Italy and abroad, in collaboration with international transporters.

Design


EKELUND

has invested in human resources and CAD to expand its design sector. During peak periods, the company relies on a qualified external design centre with numerous and modern CAD stations.

Construction


The works has two 10-ton bridge cranes, machine tools for machine finishing, and welding plants. Using its in-house personnel,

is able to make the furnace entirely, from the structural steelwork to the final assembly.

Installation, Start-up Assistance, Training


EKELUND

personnel have many years of experience, both in Europe and beyond. The plants are delivered "turn-keys". This includes assistance at the start of production, on-the-job support for the client's operating personnel and the training.

technicians are always available to provide information and assistance throughout the working life of the plant.
